The Pangea Network - Empowering Women, Transforming Lives

Nicole Minor
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

As Founder and Executive Director, Nicole, has relied on her strengths gained through education and work experience and maintains an open-mind to help guide the process in establishing The Pangea Network.

Ms. Minor spent time working in the private sector in Europe and the U.S. in the area of market research for consulting and technology companies alike. It was after moving to Brazil, where Nicole worked with a large international development agency as a volunteer during their in-country start up phase that she found her passion – working with courageous, resilient and strong people from different cultures who work to better the lives of their families as well as those in their community.

Back in the US, while working in the private investment sector, Nicole made the commitment to pursue her passion and began designing programs that she felt could provide the greatest value to those involved.

The decision to focus on women's roles and work world-wide is an outgrowth of her belief that women have an incredible force to affect change through entire families, villages and beyond because of their commitment and desire to care for those around them.

Youth are also a critical element for growth and positive change in Nicole's eyes, "The more young people, in all countries, who begin to understand each other and feel the connections that exist between all human beings, the better and more peaceful our future can be."

Ms. Minor earned a Master Degree in International Management from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management, in Glendale, Arizona in 1999 and a Bachelor’s Degree in French from UCLA in 1994.
